Be careful, this hotel has bed bugs!
I booked a standart balcony room and got room #505 on the 5-th floor accordingly.
On June 16-th at 4 am I woke up , because of body itching. Immediately I found two big bed bugs, they were really big and visible, which means they were there a while.
The guy on the reception who barely spoke English changed the room for me to Standart without balcony on the second floor.
Later I spoke with manager by phone and she said I’m going to be compensated just for 2 nights (I booked for 4). The made a refund, but unfortunately as the way talked to me (all staff) like it was my fault … and even didn’t worry about my stressful state and all the impression about this hotel they gonna leave.
My vacation was ruined, I didn’t normally sleep for two nights , because of stress, because of bugs , because of moving at 4:30 am , because of body itching (keep doing it even now) and also the attitude I got after this incident.
I took all the pictures with bugs, with bites, with blood on the linen . Sadly as I see Expedia doesn’t have a function to attach the pictures , but I would be happy to share them and achieve justice.
