Nous avions réservé expressément cet hôtel pour son spa et piscine, sauna, hammam À notre arrivée, nous apprenons à notre très grande surprise et très grosse déception que tout ceci était fermé pour des raisons de travaux Votre site ne m’a pas mentionné la fermeture et les travaux de cet établissement

Like a tired Travelodge

Paid €240 for room only (in annex away from the pretty building in the photo) which was quite basic, in tired condition. Balcony had no table or chairs and despite requesting a non smoking room, room smelt like someone had smoking. Location is very pleasant just off the river but not particularly good value for money.

In general all went well and a very relaxing place. Things to improve: this is a good place also used for business travelers . Having issues to have an ironing board and an Iron for more than one day is really something that is not costly and can be addressed .

Below average for the price

Cold shower. Nothing worse. Reported at reception only to be told I should have rung as maybe they could have done something (turned the temp up?!) which I didn’t appreciate because 1. I’m not an idiot and know how to operate a shower 2. How should I have called them up when I am in the shower?! Plus, I have work to get to and the shower was just falling apart so nothing that can be fixed today!
