A bit out of the way for the big sights but excellent travel links meant that was no problem. Comfy room looking out onto Bercy stadium, which was cool. Lovely staff.

Direct metro to Eiffel Tower right outside 25 minute ride. Plenty of eating options, and only a metro stop or 2 to Bercy village for even more restaurants. Great breakfast options, kids loved it. Tidy and next to Bercy arena

We were very pleased with this location. The staff was amazing. We liked having a bar/restaurant within the hotel. The hotel gave lots of great advice and tips. My mom got sick while on the trip and the staff was so helpful in getting a doctor to the hotel. The hotel provided a wheelchair for my mom when checking out. The staff would call a car for us when needed. I only wish it was a little closer to everything because the hotel was fantastic.

Great Hotel, Not so Great Front Desk person .
The Hotel itself was great, but the treatment we received by a certain front desk employee was very unprofessional and rude. I want to say it was a mis Comunications but the Gentleman insisted in arguing with me for no reason so I think it was still a misunderstanding. There was a young lady who jumped in from the front desk and she was very helpful and understanding to my concern with the payment to my credit card.

The hotel was a few steps away from the metro that takes you to Eiffel Tower and other major attractions. Hotel staff was really nice and attentive.
