Knew there were renovations at hotel but whole hotel covered in scaffolding, making the building at night not clear. Not ideal in an unfamiliar city. Bar and restaurant poor, the only good thing was room, but even that had a wrapped duvet -and the air con and hair dryer were not working when first arrived. Had to call engineer. Would not stay again, very poor value

Love, Love, Love this modern hotel! It is run so efficiently. The hotel is clean, convenient and economical. I highly suggest looking at their website at all the amenities offered. They also have a hotel in NYC we will stay at during our visit to NYC for the Christmas holidays.

The hotel is in a perfect location. It's surrounded by shops, supermarkets, restaurants (French, Italian, Thai, Chinese and more) and is right next to 2 key metro stations. It's under renovation now - which we didn't know ahead of time - but there was no noise and only minimal inconvennience. All the rooms have already been renovated and are nice. They are closing at the end of October 2024 and reopening early in 2025 when the construction will be all finished.

The property is under renovation 10/2024. You will not see a fine entrance or lobby with comfortable seating options. The lovely garden dining space access was obscured by plastic tarps and not open. After check in, unbearable construction noise sounded like it was in our room about 2 PM. We had to leave the room. Management did respond well, provided gifts and offered to change our room. The hotel is very well located walking distance from the Louvre and Marais district. Staff cordial and helpful. Our room was modern and well appointed. Room prices were consistent with a 4 star hotel. The construction should have been disclosed and our room should not have been rented during construction next to it.

This hotel was conveniently located beside subway station and so many great restaurant. The hotel itself was renovated and it was clean. Breakfast was not very fancy but it was good enough for the start of the day

The hotel is going through some significant renovations and the noise was significant enough that we needed to leave the room by 8:00 am to avoid the noise. The hotel did relocate us to a higher floor which helped reduce the noise but was still disappointing. I did not realize the hotel was going through renovations when I booked it.

Very difficult to get to with a car. Hotel being renovated - staff are clearly stressed and irritated. Reception staff were very pleasant when we had some problems. The temporary entrance feels very unsafe at night due to the volume of homeless people and even human excrement on the street. No one serviced our room in the time we were there - had to ask on both evenings, having been out all day, for new towels. These were given with no apology or explanation. By the second night we were concerned it was because we were an LGBT couple and the people servicing the rooms didn’t want to service our room? We called reception and they said they would investigate and it was their problem. We left the hotel the next day feeling very uneasy. Room was very tired - scratches in the paintwork, and our sink was broken on arrival (jammed closed) Maintenance did come and fix it when asked. Don’t come here just now wait until the renovation is complete - the location is very central for lots of things to see, and the public transport is excellent from this location.
