The room was really small and there were multiple stains on the carpet. The shower was not even big enough for me to take my shower without touching the walls. There are a couple of metro station really close to the hotel. The neighborhood felt jind of weird at night but it was fine in the day. Petro welcomed us really well. There is a coffee machine and a water dispenser in the kitchen.

Nice little hotel. Pretty small rooms, our rooms AC didn’t work but the staff quickly moved us to another room and were very nice!

The staff were excellent and so helpful. We were affected by the noise in the evening from the bars and clubs nearby but it did not spoil our trip.

Its ok just a real hassle gaining access
Sorry but their app, entry system, is useless Had to be reset 3 times in 5 day .luckily therewas someone in reseption 24 hrs to let me in my room. It was not just me ! The rest was fine

Personnel sympathique Chambre propre On peut venir prendre de l’eau normale ou de l’eau Perrier dans la machine en bas, ainsi que du café, espresso etc. Si vous désirez déjeuner ici, c’est 10 euros. Mon ado l’a pris une fois. La chambre était vraiment petite, mais on y allait que pour se reposer à l’occasion, ou dormir donc. Le métro Pigalle est à 2 minutes max (à pied). Plusieurs restaurants et café près de l’hôtel WI FI inclus Petit frigidaire dans la chambre, séchoir également

A perfect stay.
My partner and I absolutely loved this hotel. We have stayed at a lot of different hotels and found this to be one of the very best! It was clean, comfortable, air conditioned, had reliable WIFI and had excellent little extras. The staff were very good, they spoke very good english and explained everything clearly on arrival making us both feel welcomed. It is situated, we thought, perfectly for a very thriving but not too busy area where you can chill and watch the world go by with a number of cafes, bars and restaurant's. We will definitely return!

The hotel was just ok! Our experience: PROS: All but one of the eight staffers, we encountered during our 6 day stay, was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the Metro, so you can take public transportation very easily. We paid a few dollars extra for the larger room and it was small but big enough for us. CONS: The shower leaked terribly, we had constant puddles on the flower after every shower. The maintenance serviced the leaking problem, but it remained. The sink was clogged. The housekeeping definitely leaves something to be desired. The outside noise level is high and continues to 3am. The hotel offer ear plugs, so they know it’s a problem. If the price is right and it’s a quick stay, give it a try. But will not return here. THE BEST PART WAS THE STAFF!

Forget the app. You wont get in
Location good , price ok, service they try but are let down by the key entry system If you want to get locked out, go up and down on the lift to tell them you cant get into the rooms this iss tge hotel for you Numers dont work ,or if they do its for 2 days . Sorry but its a hassle to stay there.

Hospedaje excelente
El hotel esta a menos de una cuadra de metro (Pigale),conexion con todos los puntos principales a recorrer. A 6 cuadras de Moline Rouge y a 9 cuadras de Montmartre. Excelente hotel para hospedarse. En recepcion hablan Frances Ingles y Español (que no es poco cuando hablamos este idioma) Personal excelente! Volveria a este lugar de nuevo!

Sorry to say, it’s a no from me.
The room was gorgeous, clean, bed comfortable, deep bath and staff were outstanding. The noise all night from the bars and clubs on the street outside our room negatively impacted our time in Paris. I am so disappointed to now see from previous reviews that there are earplugs and a noise machine available, this is a known issue so why not just provide it to guests, it’s pointless telling us after our trip of a lifetime has already been impacted.

A stay in Pigalle
Staff were excellent. Everyone spoke perfect English and all were polite, kind and attentive. Room was reasonably appointed and was clean but walls with adjoining rooms were tissue thin and we had VERY noisy neighbors. The hotel needs to get better pillows. Again, staff were all top notch and very helpful.
