I like everything from friendly and professional staff at customer service desk to cleaning team, to safety around areas, to choice of dining, to shopping, bookstores ...The aparthotel is at the heart of shopping in Paris, and yet the price is so reasonable, affordable with spacious studio . Super service, great location.
My second time staying at the Residhome Paris Opera. Location is unbeatable. A few steps away from Printemps, Lafayette. Right next to the Metro (RER). However, best thing about this place is not the location, it's the service from the staff. Johan, Amel and Luanda were so helpful during our stay. They really set an example on how hospitality should be.

We really enjoyed the family room and breakfast. A better bed would be better instead of a couch as it was noisy and I didn't sleep well.

Pretty well equipped aparthotel! The windows are thick so you wouldn't hear the noisy street outside, and the room holds heat pretty well so it was never too cold!

Mr Johan & Mr Ghani were very helpful with our luggage, as we came in earlier than our check-in time. They tried to assign us a room earlier to enable us to freshen up. They also helped secure our luggage upon check out till the cab came to take us to the airport much later. Their friendly demeanor truly made our day! The staff at the restaurant were also attentive to details. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We’ll definitely make a come back the next time we are in Paris!

Staff is friendly but on the day of check in when we arrived in the evening we were told the POS machine didn’t work so we had to walk to the nearby st Lazare train station to find the 1 single ATM machine (by the way is not easy to find at all) to get cash in order to get checked in. The hotel should be a contingency plan for such situation, walking around in the cold winter night around a major train station in Paris was quite nerve racking.

I think they dropped 2 stars out of 4… this property is far from being a 4* category. The corridors are dirty and have a general rundown feeling, and when you get to the room the feeling doesn’t improve… dimly lit, and not in a romantic French way, only one bedside table had a lamp and a plug, meaning one of us couldn’t read and charge the phone. Staff isn’t particularly friendly either, with the exception of Mr. Johan who was very polite and helpful. All in all, the location is fantastic, but it’s not enough to make me want to think of ever stay here again.
