I've stayed at this hotel repeatedly over the past 12 years of visiting Paris. This is my home away from home! As a single, female traveler - i could not feel any safer in this location. This boutique hotel is intimate and friendly- you are not just a number here. Any request is immediately attended to by the staff - which are all wonderful. The location is perfection for walkable access to the Louvre, the Champs Elysee, and plenty of shopping for those who love fashion! I will continue to make Sofitel Le Faubourg my go to for a secure home away from home experience. See you in 2025 Paris! Chicago, USA.

The hotel is located in the heart of luxury brands stores; also close to US Embassy so there are many securities surrounded. The room is clean and cozy but a bit smaller than we expected.

The staff of the hotel were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and in excellent conditions The only negative was there was no separate shower. The bathtub had a shower heard. The problem was the tub side was too high for my wife to get into. Finally the breakfast was too expensive for the menu choices

The property looks much better in photos. We stayed for one night to wait for a flight home and if this was for my entire stay in Paris I would have left. It’s cramped and looks like it needs a complete overhaul. The carpet smells. The walls and woodwork have been repainted about 80 times. Bathrooms seem old and dingy.

I loved my stay at Sofitel, the staffs are the warmest and super helpful. Room is so clean and they changed sheets for us everyday. Tbh I haven’t experienced this good service for a long time in the US, this almost felt a little unreal. However, I have to point out that the breakfast is quite disappointing. It is said until 11am but 10:15am they already took away everything. And the salad was all rotten veggies in my bowl…..the breakfast is so expensive, highly recommend eating outside.
