PARKING: There is only one parking space available on the property for this unit. Maximum vehicle height for garage is 7 feet 4 inches.
GUEST NAMES: This resort is very strict about name changes. This rental cannot be transferred or sold to another party. Guest must be present with a valid ID and major credit card to check-in.
CHECK-IN: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM (please do not expect to be allowed to check-in earlier than that). Check-out: 10:00 AM. Although check-in time begins at 4:00 pm, you may experience longer check-in times between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm, as a great many guests arrive and attempt to check-in at this time.
CREDIT CARD: A credit card may required at check-in by property for an additional deposit (separate from the Owner's Damage Deposit) as security or for optional incidental charges.

Except for use of the rented unit itself, all other resort’s services and amenities are not included in the rental, but provided on a complimentary, non-guaranteed basis. Full refund is available only if the resort is shutdown (either fully or partially) AND the resort itself cancels the reservation. This means that no refund is available, if the resort can honor the reservation, but other attractions in the area are closed (e.g. ski lifts closed or lift reservations are unavailable). Claims for losses due to resort's own cancellation of the reservation are limited to the actual payment for rental of the unit, and claims for all other losses incurred by guest are waived (i.e. airfare, car rental, lift tickets, etc.).
