the service staff was awesome

It was awesome. Super comfortable, very friendly staff, everyone was quite helpful. Loved the bath and how the bathroom had a REAL DOOR. Nice smells throughout the entire place. The only negative was hearing the call to prayer at 430am.

Front staff was very friendly and helpful. Always greet with smile good hospitality. However the toilet can work abit better especially the shower stand and miss shampoo

Excellent property, we stayed at the presidential suite which was opulent. Good business lounge with free flow cocktail evenings. Only potential area of improvement was the breakfast, coffee could have been better but it’s a small thing / first world problem

It was great, the staffs very friendly and helpful. Room very clean , and comfortable . But for the breakfast, I’d just say it was just OK. the selections for traditional food could be have more selections . For the price it was worth every penny. Overall I’d give this hotel 9.5 out of 10. And I will comeback in the future, highly recommended to everyone who want to visit Bandung. Thank you for the great hospitality, keep up the good work

Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and very nice, amazing breakfast. Would stay here again.
