On the first day of my arrival (16/12/24) i stayed on the main building but the first day it was a bit difficult for me to sleep because of the noise from the crowd and bars. I asked if they could move me to a different room and fortunately they did. Thank you so much for the service you have provided, no complaints whatsoever. 10/10 - Friendly service, great breakfast and lovely room service.

Booked what was advertised as a Luxury room, paying the higher rate, the room was tired, no walk in shower, no plugs at the side of the bed, except one for the lamp. Also, I was quoted £100 cheaper when I booked the room several months before, when I paid at reception, how was it £100 more expensive? the exchange rate can of course fluctuate, but I have cheched the rates on both dates and it did change by a few Baht? Either Hotels got it badly wrong or the Hotel. The Hotel shrugged their shoulders. Be careful when booking and getting a GBP quote, you might get a nasty suprise. Also. the breakfast was excellent upto the point where one morning, my niece cut into a grilled tomato and discovered maggots, allbeit, cooked. We raised this with the staff but they just shrugged it off, no apology or follow up.

Major construction work on the hotel premises make it difficult to navigate between front lobby and the Evergreen Tower. At times there is a golf cart ride available but usually there is a long wait and it stops around 10pm. Not suitable for elder guests or those with a walking impairment. Hotel should provide a notice of the problem at booking time.

fantastic, great clean modern room , cleaned daily, best shower room ive ever been in, toiletries provided etc, good big bed, great tv, nice little balcony overlooking pool, felt very secure and safe. Staff excellent. only slight thing is i there is no remote control for aircon so you have to get out of bed to near the door to turn off etc, but a classy place, so near the action yet completely quiet

The property is very good. Clean, tidy, and in a great location. Breakfast was much better than expected. Pool area very nice. Sadly, the hotel attract the “Pattaya Paedos”! Too many single middle aged to older men only in Pattaya for one thing. I was actually there working, but felt that I was being judged as I was alone. Very good hotel if you have no problem with this. Would never stay here as a solo man, but would as as part of a couple

Ive stayed in many places in pattaya over the last 20 years but never the Areca until this trip. I originally booked 16 nights but then rebooked a further 6 as i dont think anything else can match the location price and fantastic buffet breakfast. I'll be returning in March next year for sure

This property was very clean and modern. The location is perfect being only steps away from LK metro and Soi Bukhao. I alos found the bar Cafe at the main entrance to be very handy and reasonably priced. Balcony was large and comfortable as well. Overall great facility
