I can't really fault my stay. I know the area, so knew what the surroundings where like. The hotel room was clean. The food that i ate there was very nice, and the staff were always polite and friendly. Winner.

Bader was very friendly and helpful in getting and securing my bags when I was checking out and needed to leave my luggage for a while. Big Fish staff members Lyn, Aee, and Waen were excellent, very attentive, and friendly. They remembered me from past visits and always got my order correct. I loved the dining experience and will return.

Location is great, staff are great but hotel needs badly renovation :-) Good example is the elevator buttons on most floors do not work, for example. Over all it was a good stay.. i would stay over there again.. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shout-out to Aee and Cap in the cafeteria who took care of me every morning.

Check in took long time .Iloved the Roof top pool and excellent DJ , great Atmosphere, My Room had a great view around the front corner with Big glass windows and location wasnt great for me depending on your forms of entertainment

I had a wonderful stay at the Siam@Siam hotel. I would absolutely stay here again - and will. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of you. The morning breakfast was excellent. Fresh food with all the options - Thai food, salad, bread/pastries, western style food and the coffee was great. The hotel and pool area are classy and this hotel certainly qualifies as a boutique and modern hotel by any standard. Again, the staff is what really made my stay here special and stand out from most other hotel experiences I have had. They take care of you from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave.
