Very luxurious stay. Incredible room - beautiful finishings and a view overlooking the lovely courtyard. The setting is lovely with a vineyard on site with a terrace. The staff were really friendly. The restaurant in Bages was a 5 minute walk and was lovely also although unless you have a car (or arrange a taxi which can be quite expensive we foune) there are not so many options around other than that but the hotel itself is nice enough to want to stay!

This time the automatic check in was a massive mess. 1 it did not accept my credit card from the booking or the QR code to release the code to the safety gate to enter the hotel parking or my room. 2 it then charged me twice the deposit/incidental fee. That was corrected without me Asking by the personnel the next day so service once a human is involved is great and friendly. 3 I call the help desk and no-one responded during the nearly 40 minutes it took me trying different cards, the system Doing a full reboot, getting it somehow to work again and gaining access to my room. 4 in the end I got the code and access, the staff the next morning apologies profusely and said there must have been a mass outage as normally the help desk is very responsive. So one good experience before, one no so good this time. I’ll give it another go as the people there are very friendly and it’s a good value for money stay and breakfast.

We couldnt have asked for a nicer prpoerty in a beautiful area. The hosts were extremely friendly and hospitable, communication throughout the booking was great. The pool was beautiful and highly maintained. The accommodation is as descibed with a garden room overlooking the large garden and pool area We will definitely come jere again.foranything more!
