We stayed at The Westin Resort Ubud over the Easter long weekend in April 2025 for four nights and had an exceptional experience. This was our first time in Ubud and a return to Bali after 10 years, and we couldn’t have picked a better place. We spent most of our time at the resort and loved every moment. The yoga and fitness sessions with Heri each morning were a great way to start the day. We had deeply relaxing massages at the Heavenly Spa, and the floating breakfast in our pool villa was a highlight. Breakfast overall was amazing—great variety and quality—and the restaurant staff, especially Suchi, were incredibly warm and accommodating. I also attended the barista course, which they kindly customised to focus on latte art for me. A wonderful touch. The front office team were always courteous and helpful. We’re leaving feeling totally recharged and already planning to come back. Highly recommend!

Our stay was awesome. Just what we wanted in our stay. Secluded and away from the hustle and bustle. With options for transportation to go off the property. All of the staff was polite and helpful. One staff that member went above and beyond for us was Mega. Always making sure we had what we need. We would definitely stay her again probably in a pool Villa

Beautiful resort. Very quiet and the staff are amazing. The rooms are large and you feel like you’re all alone in the jungle. The pool is not heated but is very nice and larger than expected. The food is great with many options

The staff and service was amazing! The restaurant was excellent. Amazing location and the resort is just beautiful. Excellent value!!!
