*PLEASE NOTE: There is ongoing construction taking place at Emerald Isle complex (March-Aug 2025). Crews are working with intentions of minimal impact to guests, and they do not anticipate any closures/restrictions to any amenities (pool, tennis courts, beach access) at this time. The patio will be closed 6/12 - 7/13. There will be an area set up inside the condo where beach gear can be stored. The current listed price for the fore mentioned dates in June/July reflect a renovation discount.* This remodeled condo is located in Emerald Isle, a beachfront complex located on beautiful Okaloosa Island. This unit boasts granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, multi-shower head shower, master bedroom w/king bed and small private bunk room.

Our ground floor location and free reserved parking spot right outside the front door makes loading and unloading the car a breeze!

Relax on the white sugar sand beach right out in front of the complex and enjoy the turquoise water which has become the hallmark of the Emerald Coast. Take a dip in the oceanside pool, play a couple sets of tennis, or go for a run on the beach. After a long day, fire up one of the poolside grills and throw a steak on the charcoal.

Beach service is available but not included. We do provide chairs, umbrella, beach toys and a cooler that you’re welcome to use during your stay.

If you have kids, they will enjoy the Gulfarium, putt-putt golf or fishing from the pier within a couple miles of your front door. There's something for everyone here at Emerald Isle.

PLEASE NOTE - This unit does NOT offer a water view as it is on the ground floor; however, it is only 73 steps to the pool and beach entrance!

The nightlife of Destin is only a short 6 mile drive away and then come back to the quiet seclusion of Okaloosa Island at the end of a long evening.

Anniversary weekend

My husband and I had a great experience. Communicating was quick and easy. Condo was cute, nice and clean! Great location. Very short walk to beach and pool. Added bonus were the provided beach chairs-one less thing to pack! We look forward to coming back! Looking for a good spot to eat? Stewbys is right up the street. We ate there every day for lunch.

Great place right on the beach

It was a great stay! The host was great with communication. Everything about the place is clearly laid out in the listing. It is on the first floor, so it doesn't have a view of the ocean, but it didn't matter....you were still right there in just a few steps! My kid loved the board games they had available to play. It was a great spot for a few days to get away to the beach. I liked the resource with nearby restaurants and things to do! That was helpful! It was also nice having a designated parking spot right next to the unit. My only suggestion is some extra towels. I don't mind doing a load of towels during a trip, but not having a washer and dryer in the unit--it would have been nice to have at least two towels per person. I think there were 5 full size towels.We would definitely stay again!

The location was perfect! Away from the crowds and quiet! The condo was beautiful and clean. It had everything we could want or need! They are doing some remodeling around the complex but it did not impact us in any way. We loved how close it was to the beach.

Best vacation spot!

I can’t recommend this property enough. The hosts are incredible. They are very responsive, willing to answer any and all questions and very accommodating. The location is perfect with a short walk to the pool and beach. Laundry is a one floor up and the parking spot is close the unit. We will definitely be back!

Okaloosa Island stay

As stated in the listing we knew there was no view. We really enjoyed the beach chairs that were provided. The pool area was very nice. We spent a lot of time on the beach! The unit was fully stocked with everything you need & more! One negative was that a lot of pans/glasses & silverware were not clean. Maybe a new dishwasher would help. This unit would definitely be improved with a deep clean instead of a hotel type clean. Dirty baseboards, stains on doors were seen. The pull out couch was a bit worn out but the king bed was comfortable. Outdoor area could use a refresh with furniture/cushions. Location is very centralized for bars & restaurants

Quiet and Perfect Location

This was our second stay at this location, first time with this property owner. It was a great experience and a great place to stay if you want instant access to the beach, quiet setting away from business of Destin, and the BEST beaches in the state. The condo was really well decorated and had all the amenities and features we could need. It was a 10/10 experience!

Beautiful Condo

Wow! The condo was beautiful and stocked with so many extras that you just don’t find in other rentals. The owners have thought of everything! The owners went above and beyond. Taylor even texted me letting me know that the condo was ready for check-in early. That was very helpful. The beds were super comfortable! The very best shower we have ever had in a rental and that’s saying a lot. Very close walk to the beach and pool. We can’t wait to stay in this beautiful condo again next year!

Wonderful location

Even without an ocean view, the closeness of this condo to the pool and just on the other side the beach, was wonderful! The whole area felt so safe and peaceful that we felt comfortable letting our older kids walk from the room to the pool while we caught up. Providing chairs, toys, and umbrellas was so nice to have as we flew in. It is beautifully decorated with a very well stocked kitchen. Our family of 6 was very comfortable and all agreed it was the nicest property we had stayed in! We love the Fort Walton area and this condo is our new favorite place to stay!

We had a really awesome week staying at this vacation condo. There were so many little 'special' touches, like beach umbrella, beach toys, games, kitchen accessories, etc. We didn't realize that we didn't have a beach view from our room and almost cancelled when we realized it. In hindsight, we're so glad we kept the reservation. The host was extremely easy to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to return and rent this unit again. The location was fantastic and fortunately we had a perfect week of good weather to enjoy the beach and pool.

Beach trip

It was in a great location, the only problem we had was there was blood on the bedding, which had clearly not been washed. The cleaner came back to redo the bed so that was nice and we were refunded for the first night which I appreciate. The smaller issues were the floor had clearly not been cleaned well, there was stuff on the walls in the kitchen and living room. I wiped the wall off in the kitchen because it was too gross to look at and left what was in the living room. It also had no dishwasher pods but we were asked to run the dishwasher before we left which makes me wonder if the dishes in the cabinet had even been washed with soap. There was barely any dawn dish soap left as well. Overall it wasn’t terrible but we definitely did not want to just hangout in the room. The owners are very nice, I didn’t want to bother them with all the problems but I do feel they should know so they can get different cleaners or they can start paying attention to detail.
