W0400: This is a luxurious two bedroom beachfront condo on the fourth floor on the west side that rents at the one bedroom rate. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath that has been updated with a granite counter top for the sink and a spacious walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a set of twin beds. The living room has a 42" flat panel TV and Blu Ray DVD player; the master bedroom has a 32" flat panel TV and Blu Ray player; the guest bedroom has a new 32" flat screen TV and Blu Ray player. The living room has a sofa sleeper, two leather recliners and the kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops and cabinetry. Beautiful views of the pools and the beach can be seen from the Gulf front balcony that is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. This unit rents at a lower rate due to it being a smaller two bedroom unit. Full size washer and dryer in unit. This property has Cox Cable and free WiFi.

beds comfortable.....bring a comfy pillow. sufficient number of towels!! Not enough eating utensils or pans for cooking., sofa needs replacing. Excellent tv reception and very comfotable condo. Would stay again the sofa

Our stay at Eden.

We loved Eden, but our condo was not what we expected. The beds were very uncomfortable. The pull out couch was like sleeping on the springs. It looked like a dog had chewed the handle on one of the recliners. The shower curtain in the 2nd bathroom was torn. To sum it up, this condo did not look like it belonged in this beautiful condominium. We will stay at Eden again, but definitely not in this Unit.
