Eden Condominium had many pluses…location, not too crowded, quick elevators, beautiful pool area, great showers by the ocean.
As far as the condo goes, it could use some updating. The closets were a mess and one master closet couldn’t even be used. Maintenance had to be called about roaches and they came quickly to spray pulling out a nasty carpet from the master closet(which contained another roach). Water was behind the bar refrigerator so maintenance had to pull it out after spraying and set a high powered blower in the room for the rest of the week. Many kitchen gadgets need replaced like the blender(bottom is broken), can opener(electric and hand held), forks were of all sizes and had to be washed daily for use(not enough forks and spoons), some spatulas and pans were rusted. No just flat pan for biscuits/cinnamon rolls. We were disappointed to not see any small shampoo or conditioner or soap in any bathrooms. Outside deck contained someone’s nasty paper towels in the corner. No broom and dust Pan was found anywhere so we could help keep sand off of the floor. That was gross. Pillows in two small bedrooms need replaced to nicer(so flat).
Just suggestions. We would definitely love to return to Eden.
