Phe accommodation with spa

I went there for 7 nights and informed them 1 week prior to my arrival that I’m vegan. When I arrived the front desk staff simply ignored me and told that they don’t have any food for me. They can only offer me a salad. They let me run to the town and acted like as if it was my problem. After starving for 2 days i asked for a senior manager to discuss the issue with them. Luckily there were 2 outstanding people who made sure that I get proper food and will be looked after. At the breakfast I met One and she was super friendly and so caring. Not only to me but to all the guests. Same goes for the F&B manager Tristan who made sure that all my requirements are met and also went the extra mile to create several options for vegan food for me.Tristan and One are the reason why I enjoyed the stay there. But I highly recommend the management to train your front desk people as this behaviour was extremely rude and unacceptable.

Beautiful sleepy resort on a serene beach. Don't book a hotel on Saikaew beach, it's busy and noisy. I spent 5 happy days rejuvenating at this resort. I still miss it 3 weeks later. I'm dreaming of my beach hut.

Great stay

Calm peaceful beach with lots of swimming pools for those not wanting the sea. Table tennis and badminton.
