The property location is fantastic however the property is very outdated and whilst the room was spacious could use some much-needed renovations. Parking is offered however very tight with no access from the hotel only the front gate.

Bed and bathroom clean. Bed comfortable. Staff friendly. The room itself was very run down, with worn carpet and veneer peeling off so bare MDF on bedsides etc. worst bit was the noise. Every movement in the room above was loud, and doors banging. I couldn’t get to sleep until gone 2 am. Won’t be back.

Great location and easy access to surrounding areas and Perth. Lovely helpful staff. Spacious unit. Only negatives are - only one lounge chair when there is plenty of room for two and condition of dining table needed attention as it was very worn. Overall a great stay.

What we like is the welcome and extremely helpful staff, and whilst it is an older style hotel it is more than adequate for our stay - across the road for an early morning swim at the beach and breakfast in nearby cafes, transport outside the hotel door - very convenient. Ability to self-cater or eat out. Thank YOU OBH

Building full of cracks Furniture is so old, worn & in immediate need of replacement (bed sides dining table to mention a few) Bed it self was good Phone not working (had to use my mobile to get room service) 10am check out (however cleaner budged in room at 9am) Doors banging, slamming the whole time Basically I will not return
