You won't need to travel for hours to reach Phen, 45 kilometres southeast of the prominent city of Vientiane.

Sala Keoku is in Nong Khai, 20 kilometres to the northwest. This terrific attraction is worth the trip.

You won't have to venture too far afield to enjoy some pleasant natural sights. Hop in the car and head in the direction of Nong Prajak Park, 35 kilometres away from Phen, for a laid-back day. Or maybe COPE Visitor Centre is more your type of thing? It's located just 40 kilometres away.

Would you like to venture out a little bit? Sang Khom is 25 kilometres to the northeast of Phen and Phibun Rak is 25 kilometres to the southeast. Get in the car and find out what's out there!
