Location is excellent near the airport. Parking lot feels unsafe (lots of police warning about car breakins.) Staff super friendly and helpful. Weird and dated version of Aloft, a little tattty at the edges. On our floor, people kept knocking on the door or trying to enter room. Use your locks. Busy location.

It’s not the First time, I stay in this Hotel, it’s my first choice. When, If I need to visit Philadelphia and be near the airport, Alfot is the best place to stay. We were received with a great smile and offering orientation of this facility. The cleaning staff of my area was other staff member giving us an excelent service as well. When we went from the Hotel, there was two beautiful youngh ladys setting the paper work and saying good bye. We need more people like these. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Warm, regards, Mirna Negrón.

SOON AS I CHECKED IN MY ROOM IT WAS POPCORN ON THE FLOOR NEXT TO THE BED AND YOU CAN TELL SOMEONE WAS SITTING ON THE BED AFTER IT WAS MADE UP BECAUSE IT WAS A BUTT INDENT I went to front desk and told them of this problem and they insured me that the room was clean even after telling them its popcorn on the floor and would they like to see it because i didnt touch it, they just ignored that as if i didnt mention it. I was told the room is clean and they have no one from maintenance to come clean it. Its was early evening at this point. My pillows looked dingy, you can tell they were placed back on the bed without the pillowcases being replaced. As soon as i opened the shower door the shampoo fell off the wall, it was being held up by 1 screw that was too small for the whole in the wall. The cover on the shower faucet was loose and would fall off as far as it could if you didnt push it back. I asked another guess that was walking from the pool area is the pool warm and she said oh no we didnt get in there the water is very dirty and filmy looking, i walked to see for myself and no one was in the pool they all was standing around it trying to figure out why the water was so dirty. I asked the front desk about the dirty water in the pool and she said again im sorry about that but its no one here to clean it. I stayed here before a few years ago and everything was perfect so thats why i decided to return and i never would have imagined this outcome.

Ourbroom was dirty. There were stains on the walls and rug. The rug felt damp and gross. The bathroom was rusty. The bed was clean and the shower head was great other than that I was very unhappy. Not worth the nightly non refundable rate.

Our room was not good! Our blinds would not close, so we had to sleep with them open on the first floor next to the parking lot. The plumbing was messed up. It stunk in the hallway of our room. The sink, shower, and toilet would clog or be very slow after each use. The shower would squeak during the entire shower. The shower door would not close all the way, so water sprayed out on the floor. I wouldn’t recommend. They knowingly put us in that room with all of those problems. They knew the shower didn’t shut because there was a towel on the ground when we walked in.
