Pick this airport hotel!!
Pick this Philly airport hotel and save yourself the time of sifting through the reviews! :) Everything was fantastic and clean and friendly. The gym is an excellent hotel gym; the restaurant was super-fast and delicious and open until 11pm; the bed was comfortable; the heat/cooling was easy to figure out; the room was silent and generously sized; the airport shuttle was free and frequent.

Everyone was so nice, Hospitality was amazing, my room was so cold and the heat didn’t work in my room so they move me and my babies to a different room, and give them snacks. My babies love it here I will definitely be back. Check in was easy as well

If you call for the shuttle, you may have to wait up to 25 minutes. The guy driving the shuttle was rude and didn't even stop (just slowed down slightly) as he came by the stop at the airport. It was cold outside so we waited inside and by the time we could get out the door, he had sped off. Very frustrating. When I confronted the driver for not stopping, he just argued with me and said "are you going to ride this shuttle or not!" Property itself is fine but the hotel is much less convenient than the Marriott at the airport. I would not stay here again.

Overall the hotel was very nice. The toilet paper holder was broken, and the water in the shower was way too hot. But neither of those things would keep me from booking another stay.

I am not sure why you would charge your guest parking when they have their own parking lot and if so at least cut some of the cost for your guest. Rooms were nice bedding needs to be updated.

When we checked and we told the desk clerk we had a rough night with a flat tire and she made our stay a little easier by offering us a concierge room with free Continental breakfast which was nice

My stay was good. The one thing I did not appreciate was getting a parking ticket. When checking in ew should be told what needs to be done concerning your vehicle. There was a parking lot full of cars with tickets, so it was evident that no one was told how to register their vehicle. Upon checking in the person never even said anything about parking let alone registering a vehicle. I frequent this hotel often for our church event. I was just there last month and the same thing nothing was mention about parking and I did not get a ticket. We really pay enough for the rooms that parking should be waived. Stephanie Beacham
