It was ok.
Our room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was inconsistent. One day we didn't get a bath mat. Another day we didn't get coffee. The elevators worked some of the time. On game day there was only one elevator so people were squishing themselves in. The location was convenient.

It was a great stay. Would stay there again! Loved the big comfy room. Great staff. Only thing is the breakfast cost too much for what it is. They should charge less.

Philly needs to get their noise regulations together. Extreme road noise (motorcycle convoys, extremely loud music from cars and motorcycles, etc. late into the night. The hotel was fine. Probably not enough elevators for the number of rooms and floors when near occupancy. The toilet in our room was essentially broken. The float needed to be manually manipulated to get it to shut off.

Got the job done. It was just your standard Hilton no frills. The check in process was a little long as the line was wrapped around the lobby. They have parking but you have to pay for it.

Even though I put there were 4 of us staying in the room, there were only 2 bath towels and nothing else. There was no hand soap on the sink and the bottle of shower soap was empty- only realized that while showering. I had to call 2x to get towels and the hand soap. Didn’t bother about the shower soap bc it was too late once we figured it out. The drain cover in the sink was missing and random little flies would fly out of it.

Great Stay
Everyone from check in to check out were professional, friendly and helpful. The people who work in the grab and go cafe were wonderful. The breakfast had great choices and was very fresh. The housekeeping staff were terrific. The hotel is in a great, convenient area!

The hotel is most convenient location for an overnight stay after a concert at the Kimmel Center. Parking is available. The property is very old and needs renovation.

I loved my stay at the Hilton. The suite was perfect and had everything that I needed. The parking deck is located right next to the hotel and they did provide a discount. I would stay here again.

This hotel was spectacular. The room was always clean and the fridge had the roght amount of space. When my girlfriend and I go to philly again we sill stay here.

Lovely space and convenient parking.
Only stayed one night. I was surprised at how spacious the room felt. We had a ton of windows. Bed was comfy. Room clean and updated! The parking garage was adjacent and super convient. I really hope to come again and stay for much longer.
