My first disappointment was that there was no shuttle from the airport and we ended up paying $20 for Uber each direction. Second disappointment was when I called the front desk and was put on an indefinite hold until I finally gave up. Third disappointment was being assigned to a room that was not cleaned and ready. Next disappointment was discovering that the mattress in our next room while made up with sheet and blankets was literally upside down with the soft cushion part facing the floor and the hard boxsprings part facing the ceiling. My wife and I flipped it over and remade the bed and then it was comfortable . There was also quite a crowd of youth loitering around the front entrance as if waiting for a ride or entrance to the hotel I was never sure quite what and they were not really a disturbance, but just seemed a bit odd and uncomfortable.

Not the kind of place to bring your kids. Smelled like weed when we got up to our floor and when we opened the door to our "non-smoking" the smell of cigarette smoke smacked us in the face, greeted shortly after by the chirp of the smoke alarm. We turned the lights on and the bugs shuffled back into the refrigerator. We payed an extra $80 to book at the Embassy suites next door (thank God there was a room) and were happy with that.

Generally in pretty poor shape. Room smelled like smoke. Fire alarm chirping incessantly. Security cameras everywhere and things falling apart all over the place.

The linens where clean, but the bed, counters, bathroom and walls were dingy and run down. More than one bug was seen. I didn't use the shower. The hallway smelled of sweat and the "breakfast" was a hostess pastry and coffee. For the price point I didn't expect much more but cleaner facilities would have been nice.

Needs extreme makeover, I arrived fairly late 11:45pm and had to be moved twice. First instance was there were 3 roaches on the bed. The second move was because I could not access the room because the card reader was broken. Round three we were ok but the property was run down and in desperate need of attention. Do not recommend at all

I booked a room with a king bed and got a room with a queen. When I brought this up, the staff said they didn’t have any rooms with king beds left and they couldn’t do anything to help me since I booked through Expedia and not directly through them. There was a $12.95 parking fee when the listing says it is free, and the “breakfast” was just coffee. Terrible experience. Strange stains all over the room. Rude workers. No free perks. Only positive was it was near my concert venue. Not worth the money at all though.

From the time we walked into the building it smelled unpleasant. The receptionist was kind and efficient. Once I received the keys and went to the room it was disgusting. The refrigerator had brown stains all over it. There were roaches on the pillow and bed, as well as roaches behind the refrigerator and on the walls.

This place was a damn mess! From the roaches everywhere to the water draining slowly in the shower, paint peeling off walls, holes in ceiling, hallways smelling cigarettes, stairwell smell like garbage. Their continental breakfast is muffins, hot water, coffee, tea, and granola bars. Why stay? Because I was moving in 2 days and only needed a place for the babies to sleep that was close to their school and my job.
