The room was clean however the furniture was very old, some extremely worn out or even damaged. Tye entrance smelled heavy weed. I even took a photo of the broken drawer so that I was not charged for it. It was very worn out as well as other pieces of furniture. There was a kitchenette but there were no utensils or dishes which is usually a standard in most extended stays that I have stayed. To be fair, I am sure once upon a time they might have had some kitchen items and they might have been stolen or damaged based on my observations. The area was safe very close to Philly airport. Parking is paid ($12.50 per day) but it was clearly stated in the description so I was aware of it and I find it reasonable due to being close to the airport. The A/C runs constantly even if the set temperature is achieved so we had to turn it off from the plug. The noise was unbearable such that we risked being cold but we could not sleep because the bed is very close to the unit and the room is considerably smaller than usual extended stay rooms elsewhere. The bottom line is ‘you get what you pay for’. This was one of our cheapest stays, literally and figuratively.

I made a reservation and when I got to the hotel, I was shocked. The reservation cost $167. I wasn’t feeling well and it was late at night so I thought let me see if I could stay and put $100 deposit down. I checked the room. It was inadequate for safety and could not have for people staying in that room the beds were not even standard size the door didn’t even close right. When I went back to the reservation desk, I saw that basically a one night stay cost around $67. I apparently thought I had a different hotel but why is Expedia charging me $167 for a hotel that be considered a flop house. There were two people that were making reservations that night and I know the young lady and the man were not there just to sleep. I left. I called Expedia the other day but couldn’t get in touch with them because once they answered, they hung up

I dont know where to begin. Hair in the tub, stained sheets, no outlets near the bed, trim coming off the walls, filthy floors, dirty fridge and microwave, looks like it had blood stains on the ceiling and cockroaches. Yes....they have ROACHES!

They have a bug problem stuff are very disrespectful when you tell them your complaint they don't accommodate or try to understand you they talk very disrespectful towards customers calling them names swearing cussing them out build should have all new STAFF AND SUPERVISORS AS WELL AS A MANAGER‼️I wouldn't book here AGAIN NOR TELL ANYONE TO GO THERE WAIST OF MONEY AND PEOPLE THAT WORK HARD HARD EARNED MONEY THAT THESE DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES DON'T deserve at all‼️
