Night clerk at some outwardly nice hotel sucks
I purchased a room on hotels When I arrived I was told I couldn’t check in because a photo of my license just isn’t good enough. Now. This is one thing. But this woman behind the desk. Well, she basically dismissed me without any sort of recourse, she offered zero solution. I asked for a refund and she basically said I’m ineligible. Following that wonderful news. Everything I asked if she could do was shut down. My values are a bit uncommon in today’s world but I would never, not ever. Treat someone with such disdain and silent condescension. A part of any job whether it be Wendy’s or a 4 star hotel is the same experience is required for the front desk. Ya you may learn a couple things but your purpose is well service.

I reserved a king size bed room but when we entered it was two full beds. Dont know why was not given the type of room I had chosen. Overall nice stay and had all amenities that were needed.

On the website it said that there was self parking. That's why I chose the hotel. When I got there it was valet. I wanted the convenience of being able to go out to my car. There wasn't any parking to be able to park for a few minutes to check into the hotel. That was extremely inconvenient.
