I chose this hotel specifically for the fact of having a king sized bed available. As a matter of fact there were a few. But what we got was a room with two queens. I would not have made the reservation if that were all that was advertised. The lobby was dingy, the windows in the lobby looked like that hadn’t been cleaned in months. Also, there was no mention of where to park to check in. The valet and receptionist looked like they just came from the gym. Very disappointed in this particular property.

We had to wait about 45 minutes to check into our room. 7 people in line before us and only one front desk person. After making our reservation 5 months in advance for a king size bed, we were given 2 queen beds and told that all the kings were sold out. The cable was terrible. You could watch a show for about 5 minutes and then it would freeze and you'd have to restart the TV. Breakfast area was packed with people and many of the items were empty. There were 15 people waiting in line at a time for the hot breakfast items so by the time you got up there it was empty again. I don't recommend this hotel and I wouldn't stay here again.

We always stay at this location anytime we come to the city. Easy to get to off the highway, walking distance to lots of places to include Reading Terminal Famers Market. We’ll be back!

Proximity to attractions and events was a pro. Able to walk to museums, Chinatown, and parks. Hotel room was clean and neighboring rooms were quiet. The complimentary breakfast was very good--love a good waffle machine. However, the traffic and pedestrians were a little loud at night. Homeless loitered half a block away. You have to pay for parking but at least there are plenty of parking lots to choose from, just don't pay a person, use an app or the kiosk. The lots rarely have attendants and people get scammed giving money to fake attendants. Overall, I'd come again.
