Housekeeping was a disaster—while they made the bed, they left everything else in complete disarray. The room, though modern in appearance, was poorly designed. The bathroom was particularly frustrating, with a barnyard-style door that didn’t close properly. The open-concept layout was another major issue—the shower and toilet were across from the sink with no proper door, leaving no sense of privacy.
On our second day, they refilled our coffee but only with decaf—a clear sign of poor attention to detail. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially considering we paid extra compared to other hotels in the area that offered better value. We felt misled by the Hyatt name.
By the third night, we moved to the Element Hotel by Westin, which was an incredible improvement—better rooms, superior service, and more affordable. Never again, Hyatt!
