Would not recommend, not worth the hefty price tag given the rooms were dirty and the staff did not greet or pay any attention to us when we arrived. They gossiped among themselves and there are three check in desks. Room was small and cramped. No good views as advertised. Only thing this has going for it is the location. Spa was great although it’s a separate entity located in the hotel.

Absolutely beautiful view. Lovely people and very helpful. Forgot a hair brush and the Star Service was quick to respond to my dilemma and help resolve it. Very clean just wish the windows were cleaned up a bit better for the picture of my view. But there’s so many windows it’s understandable that there was some unclarity to my rooms window. Room was comfy and clean other then that.
