3 older ladies were put in a room with steps between the beds and shower cubicle. The room didn’t have a functioning bathroom.vanity in bedroom. Was shifted to a better more appropriate room for 3 people.

Great location. Very comfy bed, even though we were on the street side, the room was nice and quiet. . . double glazed worked a treat. . . We were on the 4th floor.

Would stay here again. Location is amazing and easy to get to/walk from. Only downside is the amount of stairs as my friends and I had very heavy luggage (stairs to get from reception to elevator were the main problem but staff helped when available) Room was a little smaller than in the photos but it worked.

If your looking for a hotel near Southern Cross Railway station this one's for you. The hotel is directly opposite the main entrance to Southern Cross. I found the hotel was very clean and neat with the check in staff very welcoming. The room I had was small but good enough for all my needs, the queen bed was comfy generally quiet. Certainly the price was very good and if you want breakfast it saves you $5 if you book and pay before hand. The only down side was that the hotel is spread over a number of buildings which means that stairs are needed to be negotiated from check in before arriving at the lifts. They say staff will help with bag etc, however if your on a walker or using a wheelchair it would pay to check with the hotel before booking, for a suitable accessible room. Would i stay here again? Yes.

The route I was initially assigned smelt very musty, and had no ventilation. It was hard to think about getting a good nights sleep in a room smells of other people. I spoke to the night stuff, and they made a move me to a different room, which had none of those issues and was lovely. It’s always about her stuff to deal with issues rather than the issue themselves

This property is an amazing place to stay. Walking distance to Marvel stadium, and a tram stop at the door for shopping or MCG. We will definitely stay again

Nice location. Close to the major train station. However in the room very noisy at night. You can hear cars and trams till 2 am so not getting a quit sleep. Other than the noise of the city, average abd economical hotel.
