Great hotel in a handy location. The room was huge and very comfy. Even the sofabed was excellent. Location is good - it's about 10-15 mins away from the big things like Reading Terminal Market and other things are even closer. It's a quieter street generally although it sounded like Philadelphia was re-enacting Fast and Furious at times in the night. Check in and out were very easy. Staff were always friendly and helped call us a can when we left. Facilities are all in good condition and well maintained. Would stay here again.

The hotel itself was great. It was stocked with everything we needed and it was very clean. I just wish that parking was better. The hotel did not have its own parking lot and the garages nearby were very pricey

Nice apartment - VERY loud at night
The property itself is nice and centrally located, but has a significant noise issue due to poorly insulated windows and the presence of a late-night bar/club about a half block away. It was telling that earplugs and a white noise machine were provided. That helped, but not enough to allow a good night's sleep for anyone that is a somewhat light sleeper. Things didn't quiet down till after 3 AM most nights of our stay.

Everything was perfect except for the Fabuloso fumes. The cleaning staff used too much harsh smelling cleaning products and smell in the lobby and common areas was awful. I felt nauseous walking from the elevator to the outside doors. Our room was also drenched in that smell but we were able to get rid of it by opening the windows.

Accueil ZÉRO, le jour de votre départ on vous vire
L’établissement est généralement bien, à part un des ascenseurs dans lequel on reste parfois coincé car il a du mal à fonctionner. Par contre, lorsque vous arrivez à 15h56, on vous dit d’attendre dans la salle d’attente qu’il soit 16h petante avant de prendre possession de votre chambre… PAR CONTRE, le jour de votre départ, dès 9h du matin ils viennent taper comme des fous à votre porte pour vous dire qu’il faut libérer la chambre. Et c’est ainsi, ils reviennent à plusieurs reprises jusqu’à ce que vous quittiez la chambre. Alors qu’il est marqué qu’on a possession des chambres jusqu’à 11h00. Franchement, c’était pas du cool comme méthode pour faire partir les gens des chambres avant l’heure indiquée.

You need an app to communicate. Very limited staff/help. Front doorbell does not work. So good luck getting in without an app or prior code. Which we had issues with and were instructed just to go there. 1st unit smelled like bleach and bedroom had no TV. They did move us tona studio. Ot was very nice. However we had a plumbing issue. We let the limited staff know and we would be back in several hours. We arrived back at 1030pm. It was never fixed. Limited staff..now gone. Only security in lobby area. He told me to call the phone number provided. Apparently this entire property is managed remotely! They could not reach property management. Well I could have told them that.. there was only a security guard. After 40 min the repntold me they had no other room to move us! So at 1130pm we had to walk to our car and drive 2 hours home. I fo not recommend this location if you need any type of services that would normally be provided by a hotel.

Clean, convenient location. Had all the necessary things in a rental. There was however an obnoxious light that was blinking the entire night, that could not be turned off or unplugged. so if you are light sensitive when you sleep that might be obnoxious, however not a deal breaker

The property was beautiful and very clean. The surrounding area was very loud but with the fan or AC running it's not so bad, they also provide ear plugs and a white noise machine for sleeping with. The hotel entrance is in an alleyway and is within walking distance to food, shops, transit and Chinatown. I would definitely recommend staying here during a long stay in Philadelphia. The only thing I didn't like was the check in and out times.

It was so great to have a kitchen. We were on the tenth floor, so street noise was not a problem. The space was clean, and it’s obvious the Sonder works to keep updating the hotel (refreshing paint and so on). The establishment clearly takes security seriously.
