Worst accommodation in 5 months of travelling Asia
Nothing like the pictures show. We book one of the nice new looking places and without mentioning anything to us, he gives us the worst room in accommodation history. We booked for 2 people, and it's a 1 bedroom room, but not just that, it honestly looked like it could all crumble in seconds. Seeing that room, which looked like it could be filled with rats, made us not even want to stay there even if he gave us the picture looking room, knowing how disgusting the owners kept it. Maybe because the corridors were also in that horrible state. We wanted an immediate cancellation, which he agreed to, but have never received anything for a cancellation. It's super hard to contact hotels.com with the coronavirus and we went 3 days in a row asking for money since it had already gone through and every time they declined, the first 2 days saying come back tomorrow, and the last day just told us we can't get our money in cash, even though they had our money through an online payment.

It was a terrible experience. The room was very small and humid. The sheets was dirty that we even didn’t want to touch. So i slept with clothes. Air conditioning drips, it drips on the bed.

1) Room had no windows or vents and smelt. 2) Extreamly small, bags barely fit on the floor. 3) May miss flight as plugs only work when light on 4) Water on floor due to leeks. 5) Hole in door and floor. 6) Need a torch to be able to open / lock door 7) Didn't really look like the pictures at all.

We didn't like anything. The room, contrary to the advertizement, was very small, no furniture other than a night table. Things that didn't work: telephone, broken shower head. Partially broken: door lock, toilet seat, flushing buttons. In the sink, very little water flowing with the tap fully opened. The stairs to get to the room (2 flights up) so steep and the steps so narrow we thought we were on a pirate ship. No room service unless you ask for it. Regular power outages, unlike other hotels around, no emergency generator. Luckily, we had a SUPERIOR room, which only means we had a window. STAY AWAY.

Very disappointed; rude personable, dirty place: mess in the lobby, lots of bugs in the room, bed is uncomfortable, old mattress and smelly pillows. Person at the reception at check out had bad manners and was rude, when we tried to leave our bags, even though we were checking out at 7am. It was the worse experience in regards of the room and the service. Avoid this place by all means

Ankor Mithona Guesthouse : I felt cheated!
I felt cheated whether is by Expedia or Ankor Mithona Guesthouse! The guesthouse was terrible. Aircon is not working, room without window, TV is not working, Wifi is not good. They gave me a 4th floor room. There is no elevator and I have to climb the stiff staircase for 4 floors! The place ilooks so terrible; like a ghost house! I request to change room the staff said ok I waited in the room for 30minutes and he just went home without serving my request! I would like to request for refund! Or at least the hotel is not wiorth for what I paid. The most it only worth USD10-15/day!

Worst Accommodation ever!
Toilet is horrible very bad planning, toilet door faulty can't lock at all, toilet roll holder faulty, odour on room, bed linen odour, room is noisy, bad toilet amenities, no security for own property, no hair dryer, no lift for passengers (people with heavy luggage and leg problem be vary) staircase is very narrow. no room facilities like hot water boiler, cups for coffee/tea. Bed squirky and noisy, not comfortable at all. Air-conditioning position wrong one side cold. Room curtains can't be closed properly. If your a tall person the toilet ceiling is too low.Toilet bowl need to flush twice. Food and beverage sold in this Guesthouse is so much more pricier than other HOTELS!
