Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Anik Palace. Top teir ameneties - I particularly enjoyed the breakfast and skybar. The rooms and facilities were clean and modern and the staff was excellent and extremely helpful. I loved the neighborhood, which was convenient to many restauraunts (surpisingy good Mexican, Indian and Tha food), a quick mart, and other great shops. I felt safe walking around at night and was easily able to find transportation when needed. Highly recommend,

Our stay began problematically when an attempt to book an airport taxi through Expedia the evening before arrival went unanswered. Upon check-in, staff provided only one room instead of the two booked, requiring our intervention. During dinner, my friend's table had condensation dripping from above; the waiter dismissed concerns until pressed to move us. I fell ill after drinking the hotel's purified water, ruining my first day. While sick, I discovered nearby renovations, with early morning noise making rest impossible despite earplugs. I was even left with a single almost finished toilet paper. Staff demonstrated poor local knowledge when asked about the Choeung Ek Memorial Site, resorting to Google Maps for this significant location. At checkout, calculating a 20% VIP Gold Expedia discount became a 30-minute ordeal due to staff's math struggles. Throughout, reception staff displayed fake smiles and an inconvenienced attitude, raising concerns about discrimination. This experience contrasted sharply with our previous positive stay in Siem Reap, making it impossible to recommend this hotel despite its physical appeal and food quality

Anik Palace Hotel offers a luxurious experience with all the amenities you could desire in one location. We enjoyed a stay of over five days. From the moment you step inside, the friendly staff greets you warmly. Upon check-in, we were treated to a cool towel and a refreshing drink. The team is incredibly welcoming, and Thavy at the front desk was particularly helpful and cheerful. We decided to add breakfast to our stay, and there were plenty of options to choose from, including the option to order Asian noodles if that’s your preference. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. The Skybar is fantastic, featuring a great selection of drinks and food, and we found ourselves dining there almost every night of our visit. My experience at Anika was wonderful, with attentive staff who made us feel right at home. We will definitely return on our next trip to Phnom Penh. A big thank you to all the amazing staff for making our stay so memorable!

This hotel was amazing. The best part of the experience has to be the staff. They're warn, kind, and very caring. The rooftop pool is nice and the location can't be beat. I stayed here for two weeks, extending my stay twice. I look forward to staying here again.

Hotel staff and concierge were very attentive and friendly. Alas for the renovation and with certain areas cordoned off and which restricted in limited dining facilities, I managed to find a wonderful Thai restaurant just next door. Suggested to the manager that they should consider in-house spa wellness centre after my unpleasant experience with a masseuse who was called in from another salon. But the hotel was extremely apologetic about the incident.

Great stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The sky bar and pool were very relaxing and comfortable. Great drinks with 2 happy hours a day. Breakfast was nothing amazing but was good enough. Highly recommended for a nice stay in Phnom Penh.

The Anik Hotel is beautiful, and people are treated fantastically. The receiving beverage was so tasty I wanted another. The rooftop pool area, bar, and restaurant are also beautiful. The bad: the room service meal was the literal worst room service meal I’ve ever received. It was TERRIBLE! One can walk out the door of the hotel, turn left or right and find good food within 20 footsteps at a great price, yet the food they served as room service left me thinking I might have food poisoning. I will stay at this hotel again, but I will never order room service. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I think the bar supplies room service, and the restaurant supplies buffet. Maybe that’s why the vast difference in quality
