This was the worst ever! Especially for the $$$$$ I had requested a room with accessibility. I get nervous climbing in and out of a bathtub. We walk into the room and the floor was making a terrible noise. It sounded like horses asking across it. This was worse at night. My husband had just had surgery and had to get up every half hour or so. Neither of us got any sleep! Looking at the bathroom it was a wheelchair shower which is ok however the threshold was about an inch high but the showe curtain was short 4 inches so of course I’m sure there has been lots of flooding, and obviously the flooring was plastic and was very warped therefore causing the awful noise. It was also have black out curtains. We had both of them down yet there was light coming in all night long! We have stayed in Motel 6 that was better than this place. This cost us $163.00 plus taxes etc. I would say even $63.00 would be too much! Not in good shape for a 4 year old hotel. We will probably never stay at a Cambria again. I will say the bartender/waitress was terrific! Menu limited but good enough even if a little expensive ($20.00) for a hamburger.

Visiting the Mayo Clinic Drove in from La Quinta CA for one night. Met up with a college friend fir dinner a catching up. Didn’t eat at the hotel because my friend said there were plenty of good restaurants at the Mall across the street

Home away from home

Great clean room! Friendly service and a lovely heated pool and hot tub are a few points. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the gym had everything for a great workout!

Beautiful place! Modern, spacious and clean. All of the staff were friendly, professional and very accommodating and friendly. They have a restaurant for three meals a day. This place is reasonably priced also.

After my first night I was getting ready to leave to go see my mom and I saw the maid up the hall and figured my room was next come to find out I got home to the hotel and my room had not been touched I went down to the front desk to find out that I have to notify someone that I want my room cleaned? Of course the next day was Christmas and they were off so the third day I figured I better call down to the front desk to get my room cleaned the next day. I don't think I have to do this at other hotels.

Not a restful night's sleep

The position of the bed to the TV was side ways, not in front of the bed. The window shade would not close to block out all the headlights. It woke me up all nigjt long. There was noise coming from elevator or room next to me or hallway all night long. It kept waking me up.

It was a good visit. The first thing I noticed is that the LVT flooring was failing. The other issue was the restroom does not have enough light. I like the layout of the room and everyone was very friendly!
