This is a great property and the area is also nice. My suggestions would be to put at least 2 bottle waters in the guest rooms. My room faced a trash area if this can be helped maybe ask the guest if room views matter to them.

Our experience was not like the reviews. A few things that definitely were not up to par for the property. - the piped in scent/smell in the lobby, elevator areas is unbearable. We were unable to have breakfast downstairs because of the overwhelming smell. We could even smell the fragrance outside on the side of the building. . - the front desk area is sub par for check in. I feel bad for the employees that have to staff that ridiculous 5' open style desk. - no cotton swabs or toiletries upon request. Apparently so green that they don’t have them. Ridiculous! - no ability to open windows. I prefer hotels with that option. - wood bed frame corners are lethal. -No help from front desk about where to dine or any other tourist tips, map, etc. it would have been really helpful and saved us time and ending up at a terrible restaurant nearby. -no instructions at check in on WiFi code or what to do. -jacuzzi was nice. - room was good, but one of the queen beds had a hump in it so you rolled to the side. -sheets came undone since short sheeted flat sheet. -Staff is nice and the parking garage is good. They also accommodated 1pm late checkout. I’m pretty sure I will stay elsewhere next time I visit Scottsdale.

This hotel is beautiful ,very clean, feel like new,the pool on the roof top with the bar and seating area is Amazing! Rooms are big, great coffee, easy access to the city,we loved it.

The hotel was very nice and clean but the music from the bar can be quite loud and heard from your room. The view out of the window to the alley below isn't the greatest either.
