No frills hotel surrounded with homeless people and trash spewed all around the property. The front service folks are very friendly and were professional when I checked in. This place has potential, but needs major renovations.

The desk clerk was rude! When asked questions was snappy at us!The room was not cleaned properly!As we went to put our belongings in the desk drawer there was food in it! The bathroom was not clean or neat! Had rust stains all over tub! NO GRAB Bars!! Nothing on the bottom of tub to stop a fall! These issues are important to me as I am a senior citizen! No microwave No place to eat except MCDonalds! The grounds were dirty and discussing! Dog feces all over besides trash/cigarette butts I WILL NOT RECOMMEND to any one! The building/rooms are NOTHING like in photographs! I’m very sad to say I will not stay there again

I don't even know even though I'm a paying customer. I feel like I was treated like the outsider. I'm paying their salaries. I'm giving them business and I should be treated. With a friendly welcoming smile, and not very stand off. I am in their property, but there's a reason why I'm there and they're getting paid for that. That's how they pay. Their bills need to be more accommodatininh and not treat you. Like district 9 from The Hunger Games.
