My family and I had an incredible stay! The decor was stylish and inviting, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The technology integrated into the rooms was a standout feature—everything was thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. What truly made our experience unforgettable, though, was the outstanding customer service. From the moment we landed, the staff went above and beyond. Knowing we were traveling with kids, they called to check if we needed anything and even confirmed an early check-in for us. Throughout our stay, the team made sure my kids felt special. They received nightly treats and were surprised one evening with milk, cookies, and chocolates—a thoughtful touch that meant so much to our family. Parking was a breeze: free and conveniently close to the hotel. The location was perfect—peaceful and private, away from the hustle and bustle of louder areas, but still just a short drive to malls, restaurants, and attractions. Highly recommend this hotel for families or anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and a relaxing yet accessible location!
