The staff including the cleaning ladies and front desk clerks were very polite very nice very professional they were very pleasant to be around and to talk to you and when you needed something they were more quickly to help you very quickly they were awesome I-5

I was given 3 different rooms finally the third one was given was okay. This is definitely a get what you pay for property… However the first room was dirty, almost as if someone was still staying in it, dirty towels on the ground, bed not made, smelled bad! The second on was about 85° inside and no working A/C or fan!

There was a cockroach walking around in the bathroom. The room isn't soundproofed at all and you could hear the upstairs neighbors walking. Very unclean facility
