Perfect for families

We had four adults and four teens at this property and it was the perfect size. The pool was perfect and heated. The house was immaculate. All amenities needed and extremely clean. Close to everything and the managers were responsive. We will definitely be back.

Ringing in the New Year with family

Thank you for providing such a comfortable place for us to gather with our family. We made great use of the pool and the kitchen area and the owners had a pack 'n play and high chair all set up and ready for us. The owners were very responsive to questions.

We’ve been in plenty of VRBOs and the value at this home was great. Appears to be newly remodeled and is in good condition. Was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of space and we loved the pool.

Nice place—we give it 9/10

This house is completely redone and very nice. We liked the location in regards to being able to travel to places quickly and easily—within 30 minutes of everything we wanted to do. About 30 minutes to IWA Airport. About one minute to Target (for those of us who forget things) and close to Gilbert’s downtown area where there are sooooo many great eateries. Clean. Lots of towels for baths and pool. Loved the backyard area but the pool was frigid for our taste (having the heat on would have been awesome!) and the barking dogs at all hours in the neighborhood were EXTREMELY annoying (not much you can do except use the provided earplugs in all the bedrooms!). Laid out well for our family of four but it would easily sleep 8 without feeling crowded at all. We would definitely return.
