Remodeled 3BR/2BA house in Central Phoenix with a backyard

House was completely remodeled in 2020 and includes 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 full bath on one side of the house and a master suite with king bed and full bath on the other side. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything (and maybe more) you will need. Open floor plan and a large backyard and patio in a quiet neighborhood close to everything in Central Phoenix and conveniently located right off SR 51.

PETS REQUIRE PRE-APPROVAL AND NO PETS UNDER AGE 2.

PLEASE NOTE - There is a small guest house behind the house under a separate listing ( Listing ID=2305527). The back patio, backyard and laundry room are shared spaces with the guests staying in the guest house. The laundry room is located off the back of the main house with full-size washer & dryer. Laundry detergent is provided as well as a vacuum, mops and other cleaning supplies if you need them.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a safe and a desk.

Excellent property. Perfect for our party of 3. Easy check-in and easy check out. Great communication. House was easy to find, super clean, spacious for needs. Description was spot on! Would stay again when I return to Phoenix.

Perfectly appointed home

My family enjoyed our stay in this home! Close enough to downtown that an Uber ride was not terribly expensive. The house was spotless, and had anything a short term or long-term visitor would need for a comfortable stay (How many VRBO rentals have a milkshake mixer on the counter?!). Communication with Brian was timely. The next time we have a long weekend in Phoenix, we will definitely return to this property!

Fun meetup with Family

We met up with my sisters to attend the Elton John concert at Chase Field and this was a perfect location for us. Quiet neighborhood, shared space with the Casita was never an issue and house was very clean and had all the necessary accommodations. We really enjoyed ourselves and 6 of us were very comfortable in the space. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend this rental!

Lovely rental

My husband and I rented this property for a month. It was exactly as the photos showed. Very well equipped and comfortable. The owner, Brian, responded to contact almost immediately and was very helpful. Totally recommend this.

A very tidy and lovely home equipped with everything you need and more.
