The staff was amazing. Super kind and helpful. Everyone we came in contact with was very warm and welcoming. Another positive was the amazing showers and water pressure! Best ever! On the opposite end, property felt very neglected as far as elevators dropped before rising every time, the rooms felt like a fresh coat of paint covers everything, faucets were loose and handles wouldn't turn. We were also disappointed the pool was out of commission. It sort of felt like this property 8s on its way out of commission. We probably won't stay again.as the price was not far off from other options that weren't as dated.

Dairy and location it’s nice I didn’t like the stuff at the hotel. They give me a room with all the outlet on it. was very loose not useful and I asked to change the room they didn’t do it the pool is not working

The staff, the hotel itself were all excellent, I think it would’ve been better to have a complementary breakfast than one cost me $20 plus every time I eat. The hotel was a lot of Homeless transit pedestrians
