The place was nice and clean. The mattresses were comfortable. The only thing is that the apartment smelled like mildew. The smell went a little less while we were there. The place was so close to the stadium

The room itself is gorgeous! The room is a great deal and offers everything you could need. It seems like a great apartment. However, as a hotel it lacks a lot. First there’s a code for everything! In one day, it’s impossible for me to memorize the code, but you can’t go anywhere without it. I know it’s for safety, but a front desk clerk could avoid that. There are no signs to the pool or the parking garage, so that’s frustrating! We drove around for an hour and finally had to ask someone because the parking garage says The Stewart and not the Sonder. Also, I’m older and actually want a real person to talk to, in person or by phone. But there’s no one. They provide you maintenance’s number, but I’m not going to call maintenance to ask where the pool is. Btw, it’s on the 18 floor, despite being a rooftop pool. You can’t get to it on the 19 floor. I’m sure once you have the codes memorized and know the building, it’s awesome. But for one night, I’m not going to stay again.

I would have rated this property much higher as it was a neat place to stay. But the air conditioner was not working the whole time we were there, in the heat of the summer. They did come by multiple times to take a look, but nothing was ever fixed. From reading previous reviews, it looks like this has been an ongoing issue. Requested a refund but never heard anything back.

Other than the loud music at 5 am. It was great experience. Sonder customer service professional that help us relocate when the ac was out should be honored. He was a true professional and took ownership to make sure we were safe and in our new location

the thermometer or a/c did not work. the hallway to the whole floor was hotter than outside. i turned the a/c down multiple times it never got lower than 80 degrees. there is no front desk and only way to contact anybody is through a chat via text message with the customer service. they were not helpful at all and said they could send a service person at 9am when the check out is 11am. i am going to seek a refund or do a charge back if i have to.

The building was nice and clean. However, they lost power the day I got there. It happens. But the AC did not work and it was 100 everyday. The pool wasn’t even open. Very disappointed

I’ve never had an experience like this. At first it was very uneasy, I didn’t like that everything was by e-mail or text. I was completely lost, luckily a resident helped me out than I had it. It can be unsafe to just ask a total stranger and get an an elevator, lost. One thing I did not like.

The loft-style apartment receives direct sunlight during the day through floor-to-ceiling windows covered with massive curtains, which is excellent! As a night person who can only sleep in a dark room and wakes up once to feel the sunlight, I found out that one of the curtains was broken the second day. I report the incident. Despite conforming to the robot chat help desk response, the curtain was neither fixed nor was I informed nor offered another room/option for the rest of my stay. A long-term homelike loft apartment idea is great, but the application needs to improve, including property and garage access protocols.

Not a whole lot of places to walk to for suplies. The room itself was nice but a big part of why I choose this place was for the pool which was closed when I was there for maintenance, a thing I wasnt made aware of until I went up to use the pool, and then recieved an email about hours after i had already checked out.

This was a spacious, quiet condo. Located in a great location. The amenities were amazing. I would have liked cable tv, but understand why it wasn’t an option. The furniture was okay, just not all that comfortable. The interactions with other people in the building was positive. All in all, a wonderful place to stay.
