The property wasn't bad but my only major issue was that the dishes in the hotel were dirty. So as soon as we were ready to cook we had to wash the dishes that should've been clean already

The room fit our needs but was run down, definitely needs some up keep. There were missing light bulbs, our door handle was falling off the bedroom, the a/c filter was so black you could see it without removing the cover, pet damage on every door and dresser. The property was beautiful but outside of the hotel property was not so safe.

Large living space in the suites for the price. Located in a safe and convenient area. The rooms are older and obviously well loved but are clean. The whole property is clean and the staff are friendly.

I specifically chose this hotel for the amenities, norhing worked, pool, hot tub nor fire pit. Also only 1 bathroom worked in our suite. They tried to fix it but immediately broke again. The gentleman who checked us in was great, very personable. The girl on Saturday just shrugged her shoulders and said oh well like i was a nuisance

This hotel is convenient and always less expensive than other hotels in the area. Other hotels in the area are more expensive and the rooms are smaller than Sonesta ES Suites. Prefer to stay here when I travel to Tempe.

Hotel was just fine for an extended stay hotel but the front counter staff were hilariously lazy and inept. After confirming that I had paid for late checkout, cleaning staff arrived *before* my established checkout time and then my door was electronically locked while I was moving out my belongings (again, before the checkout time I paid for). I asked for a paper receipt of my stay and was told I would be emailed one. I was not emailed a receipt. When I asked to be emailed one, the woman at the front desk placed me on hold for almost 20 minutes only to tell me she couldn't even email me a receipt. Thankfully Expedia's automated assistance worked harder and more effectively than Sonesta's in person front counter staff. The owners/franchisees would do well to check in on their employees as they seem to need a little additional training.

The pictures on the website are nothing like the real rooms. Our room smelled like weed, garbage still in trash cans in both rooms. Fingers prints everywhere. The shampoo, body wash was moldy. There was mold everywhere and the vents are disgustingly filled with dust. dog poop everywhere. Just overall disgusting and dirty!! I DO NOT recommend staying here!!!

The staff waa super amazing and helpful. The lobby area smells so good. My problem is my room was super dirty and dusty. As a cleaning business owner who couldnt check in until 4pm wouldve thought that was enough time to actually clean. The doors on the room door was broken and half way fixed, the rooms was dusty and the blankets were nasty. I try bot to complain but clean and fix the issues myself. But if staff have over 5 hours to clean then there needs to be a better job at it. It literally takes seconds to dust. I did love the king size beds and the kitchen/living room area.
