The staff and customer service were outstanding. The location and view exceeded our expectations. Our room had an unpleasant stale/mildew smell everyday we did not enjoy coming back to otherwise it was a perfect experience.

This property has terrible customer service, their staff is rude, and they always harass you for tip. Their rooms smell terrible. We had to leave our windows open at all times. Their water stinks like sewage water. I would be careful to rinse my mouth using that water. Their restaurant's food is terrible, and would give it a 2/10. We wasted money staying this place, and wouldn't advise anybody else to stay there. Try near by hotels. Thank you!

Good, but we'll probably stay elsewhere next time
Overall a good place to stay, but for the price I thought the housekeeping would be better and the towel policy less stringent. It seemed like every day we started the day by waiting in line for like 10 minutes for basics (towels, hand soap, towel cards for the pool) because there was only ever one person working, and then they would only give you like 1 or 2 towels. The beach towel policy was a bit inconvenient as well.

Beautiful property, the staff was pretty rude. Our first night in the bungalow there was dirty underwear and clothes in the nightstand. And it was almost impossible to get enough towels for the family.

Everything you need and convenient!
The hotel was perfect for us! Our bungalow was about 50 feet from the pool and the beach was just beyond the pool. All the staff were wonderful and the restaurant was excellent!
