The vast outdoor area features a heated pool with a grotto, a built-in water slide, an above-ground hot tub, and a swim-up bar to the ramada equipped with a new Traeger Gas grill, mini fridge, and TV for all your entertaining needs. Practice your short game on the putting green or relax on the many chaise lounge chairs around the pool and bask in the Arizona sun! Too hot outside? Relax in our newly built movie theatre, with projector and Sonos surround sound.

Indoor entertainment: In the main living area, you will have a comfortable seating area to watch your favorite team or program on your 65” TV, a kitchen to prepare all your meals, and two seating areas to enjoy a family dinner. Just off the main living area is a rec space with a pool table, shuffleboard, arcade, high-top table, and a 65” TV.

Indoor luxury: The home consists of three master suites. All with king beds and private ensuites, make the perfect place to relax after hosting your family. Pool heat is a separate charge and is applied to the entire stay. The charge for heating the pool is $125 per night. Please specify if you would like this added when booking so we can schedule it for your stay.

Upon booking, we require all our guests to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

Per city ordinance, we have noise-aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction.

Great place .. great management. Neighbors sucked! Complained immediately..great beds and pillows although, the floors and kitchen utensils were dirty. The jacuzzi was not clean and the pool took 2 full days to be heated. Otherwise good location worked well for the occasion. Thank you

Family & Friends Vacation

Everything about this house was wonderful. We had 3 couples and 4 kids ages from 1-4 and there was more than enough room for everyone. The kids loved playing in the pool and hanging out in the theater room while the adults enjoyed the wonderful outdoor spaces and spacious bedrooms. I couldn’t recommend this place more for large groups and families. We all really enjoyed our time.

Friends enjoying Waste Management Phoenix Open

The property is great with 7 separate bedrooms which easily sleeps a large group of individuals as well as couples. Property is spacious with large common living room and kitchen with adjacent movie room. Outdoor setup is awesome with pool, hot tub, and summer kitchen. Communication was great by both email and text and easy access via electronic methods.

An AMAZING Vacation Rental

We rented this property for my husband's 40th birthday and had 16 guests staying between the ages of 2 and 45 years old. Not only was the house more than big enough to fit everyone, everyone kept commenting on how comfortable the beds were and how clean everything was. You can clearly tell that the owners and managers of this property have a lot of pride in every detail. Throughout our week we did a lot of cooking at the house and we always had what we needed to make delicious meals. The location is very convenient for getting to grocery stores as well as area attractions, although, whenever we would go out and do something the kids would complain that they wanted to go back to the house and swim! The outdoor areas were as good as any other activity we did while in Phoenix, and we used the pool, hot tub, smoker and poolside bar every single day. I think the only complaint I heard from anyone throughout our stay was that the hot tub had an unpleasant smell to it when you used the blower jets and that some of the kids got a bit of a rash from the chemicals in there, but not everyone had that same experience so we are unsure what the cause was. Every single family said that without a doubt they would stay in this house again and asked me to send them the link so that they can look at booking future stays.

Overall a very nice stay! Pool was awesome, house sleeps plenty of people, pool table, shuffle board, outside BBQ area were great.That being said, for the price per night, it did not meet the expectations. Theater chairs were all bent when extended, Coffee/Keurig maker was not working. Two rolls of paper towels for a week, just the toilet paper put out was available. No cleaning supplies, refrigerator does not have a freezer (there is a stand up freezer in the laundry room, which helped). Again for the price you would expect those things to be taken care of.All in all it was a nice place, the backyard was outstanding! Four stars.

Perfect for a large group

Property was clean, as described and well stocked for our purposes. Great place for us to host our business partners and associates for the Final Four events. Bad odor

The house is as presented. We had a great time only wish it could’ve been a little warmer. The only negative thing that I have to say about the property is the next-door neighbor has a chicken coop that really really smelled and I can only imagine what it would smell like in this beautiful backyard when it’s 100° outside.
