Pictures are extremely deceiving!!! I know, the price is super affordable. Do NOT chance your vacation with this hotel. We did, and while there were no signs of bed bugs or roaches in our room. It was dirty, sheets, towels, floors, walls, bathroom, the table was broke (still functional), shower head & plug was broke (but could still bathe) wifi was constantly buffering. There was a crack under our door big enough for our toddler to stick his hand under, door key/door had to be scanned severly times before entering. Some staff was friendly, I will give them credit there. But the cons could go on.... a few postives.. Price. 7 min walk to the island and walking distance to other attractions.

Not worth the risk.
We have stayed her once a year for the past few years, and each year it has gotten worse. It's really sad too, because the location is great and it has a very cool observation deck that is perfect for watching the cars go by during Rod Run. The property is in desperate need of updates. Our room this year had holes in the walls, duct tape covering holes in the bathtub, and holes where the safety lock was supposed to be on the door. The tv leg was broken and was being held up by a Bible. No coffee pot. The bed was super uncomfortable. We only had one towel in the room when we checked in and when we went to ask for more they only gave us one more. They told us we could only have 2 towels per room, but we had 3 people staying in our room. The front staff was very rude. Despite all of this we decided to stay, because of the location honestly. BUT the reason I am sharing our experience is because when we were packing up to checkout, we found a bedbug!! When it was brought to the front desk's attention, we were told we had to reach out through hotels.com to speak with the manager. I have emailed and have not even received an apology. I can overlook all of the cosmetic stuff, but I can't overlook an infestation that could potentially cost me thousands of dollars to get rid of. Yea, this hotel is definitely not worth the risk.

This property needs to be condemned. There were roaches in our room, there was illegal drug activity going on at the hotel. There was no one there to clean the rooms or provide towels and bath cloths. The front office staff was very rude and did not care about the complaints at all.

This whole stay was absolutely filthy. There were cockroaches in our room. The staff was rude about getting extra towels and we never got room service. When we arrived the lock was broke on the door as well as the hair dryer missing. There was blood on the mattress, mold all over the walls especially in the doorway. I do not normally complain about any hotels but this one was not good at all.

The staff was not friendly at all! My husband went back to the office for a remote the lady didn't understand him. She got another male to see what he wanted. My husband speaks english as a second language. As he was leaving they started mocking his accent.

The rooms (my family had 3 booked) all had roaches found in the rooms. The walls had some brown liduid stains on them. The towels and washcloths (most of them) had black stains that looked like mildew on them when unfolded. The tv had a remote that did not go to it. The door quit working to get into my room. The maintenance worker came to fix it and smelled of alcohol. Once he got into my room to check my batteries in the door he stuck his tongue to the AA batteries to check them while still in the door. The young male night attendant working the desk was very nice and courteous to help with what he could. Have stayed here multiple times but will not be staying here again.
