Good location for the Bluegrass Festival we attended at The La Conte Center, which was about 1.5 miles away. Nice staff, easy access.

This property is in much need of some mantencies, no adverting that you have to put up a $100.00 DEPOSIT AND YOU ONLY GET $95.00 OF IT BACK BECAUAE $5.00 OF IT IS A OFFICE FEE. $10.00 FORMIND ALL THESE EACH ADDITIONAL DOOR KEY. I WOULDNT MIND THESE FEES IF THIS WAS A 5 STAR HOTEL BUT ITS VERY EMBARRASSING.

The Hotel is not a new hotel. There are ramps everywhere and I was very confused on how to get to my room. I paid for the room online days before I got there, but once I got there, the person at the front desk tells me I need to make a 100.00 deposit in case something happens to the room. And if I do not bring the card back, I will be charged 10.00 to replace the card. She acted like it was a 5 star hotel, which it is far from me. When I was sleeping, I started itching and could not stop throughout the night. I did not get any sleep.. I don't know if there was bedbugs in the bed or what. I do not want to EVER stay at that Red Roof Inn

After check-in, my wife and I noticed a group of men standing on the bannister of the same floor our room was on. They were very loud, drinking and smoking. Fortunately, they were quiet during sleeping hours. The rear door in the room opened up to a small sitting area without chairs and right next to a loud street no more than 15 feet away, which was loud all night. The bathroom was very outdated. The TV contained very few channels and the remote was a little difficult to figure out. We chose this motel because they promised free full breakfast and received a voucher for our meals at a pancake restaurant next door. Apparently the voucher was only for pancakes. This was a buffet breakfast and we ended up having to pay full price because we should have been told of an upcharge if you didn't eat pancakes. This was very aggravating, embarrassing and leads me to one conclusion: the motel provides a free limited breakfast ONLY for those who eat pancakes! I guess if you don't eat pancakes, you don't eat! They should either advertise on the website "free pancakes", offer continental breakfast, or stop advertising a free breakfast. Upon check-out, I spoke to the day crew about what had happened, and they only explained the free pancake issue - never offering understanding or an apology for not explaining the details upon check-in.

I honestly believe management at this hotel can be a lot better. As in with having free breakfast; you can at least get more than just pancakes and a drink if you not wanting to eat at the buffet bar which is $6.00 more no problem but still. (Reagan’s House of Pancakes) I didn’t like the fact that you don’t get your full deposit back after check out like why is it a $5.00 service charge if it’s a deposit for just incase if you have damages etc. and you have to pay a fee if you wanted to check in early even though your room is ready; I feel like it’s highway robbery. Didn’t seem like it have a lot of workers there which they need.

I only spent one night and would of stayed longer if time allowed. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Shower had plenty of hot water. Check in/out staff were helpful and friendly.

Was okay for a cheap stay. Close to Foothills Parkway. Can park bikes right outside the room. The down side is the dog crap everywhere. Seems like no one cleans up after their pets.

Upon registering was told I needed to leave credit card for dog, $100.00 if he got on the bed. Complained, was told it’s in the fine print. I read it all. Nothing in the fine print. Don’t go here.

A nice old property. Would be great if people would pick up their dog droppings. Rooms are clean but the parking lot and all the grassy spots around the property are full of dog crap. Just watch where you walk.

Super clean. Enjoyed the stay but it is noisy. You are the main strip of pigeon forge. King suite is nice but bed is little stiff. Breakfast is via voucher next door. Free pancakes from Reagan’s. You can upgrade for 6.99. Nice outdoor pool. You are walkable to Lil Dolly and Bennett BBQ
