Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

We are on a floor with a team. I think hockey. And the parents are congregating in the halls and being loud drinking and yelling and the children are running the halls and screaming. It's frustrating to have that happening all evening with no interference from staff despite having cameras and being able to see this occurring.

The cleanliness was impeccable, which made us feel comfortable and at home right away.The host's communication was clear, prompt, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, even providing thoughtful touches that made our time there extra special.The location by Golden Lake was serene and picturesque, offering plenty of opportunities for relaxation and family bonding. Clean and quiet motel. Perfect for travelling workers. The jaccizu rooms are perfect for couples and the fireplace is a good touch, especially in winter
