I loved how it was an open setting the the rooms weren’t like your typical hotel rooms the floor to ceiling curtains and the amazing neon light in the rooms with the work out gear…… made my trip Also there is a front desk agent by the name of Jordan who literally has the best customer service skills known things like that aren’t taught….. he took great care of us I feel like that man deserves a raise because of the extent he goes To make sure “His Guest” as he calls it are well taken care of and protected

Great location and very spacious
The hotel is located in a great, central downtown Pittsburgh location. The entrance is secure (room key or buzzed in), and the room was very spacious and clean. Exercise equipment was provided, but my stay was too short to enjoy it.

The room was not cleaned. We had to wait 20 minutes to check in because they weren’t ready for us. The bathroom mirror was cracked and the bathroom smelled like mildew when the shower was on. One window lacked blackout curtains and we were blasted with sunlight at dawn. The room was not quiet and you could hear pounding all morning. It is close to PPG arena which was nice but all and all I wouldn’t stay here again.

All was fine until time to leave and pay parking- I enquired at the desk about my parking pass when I arrived, and left- even wrote parking included on it- guess what- I had to pay 29$ to leave the garage- I would have stayed at another location had I known I’d need to pay

Hotel is not much to look at from the outside, just a small corner entrance where you're buzzed in. Floor 5 is the "1st floor" of the hotel, as it used to be a department store. Once inside though, the ambience is excellent, as are the rooms. Ours had a 14ft ceiling so it had a cavernous appearance. Not much of a view outside but not an issue, as I booked here for price and location. Beds are very comfy and although there's no folding sheet, the bedcover is thin enough to be used as such. Only minor issue is that the 43" TV looks a little small in such a large area. Parking, @USD 29 daily, is right across the street in an off-site garage. No chain fast food restaurants nearby but there are several nice eateries about a 10 minute walk.
