Our first night was a little noisy (a soccer team was in town), but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Also, I struggled a bit with the stopper in the shower, but again — minor. The room was clean and comfy, and the staff was great. Loved the complimentary iced tea and fresh-baked cookies!

An OK place but, for what is on offer, it costs more than is reasonable. I believe that, on my last stay in London UK reputed to be a hyper-expensive city the cost per day wasn't much worse than this place and from that hotel one could get anywhere with a 5-minute walk and a ride on the underground. This place has two elevators - one broken for my whole stay. Ice machine too. Noisy equipment of some sort in the hall provided an unwelcome background. Impossible to walk anywhere unless one is feeling suicidal. Monroeville traffic has been notorious for a long time and gets worse every time I visit. The breakfast wasn't bad as motel/hotel fare goes

Clean room; however, I did not get the room that I requested—I requested a King room, but I got two queens. Therefore, there was not a lot of room in which to move around. Also, the tub-shower was a bit slippery especially for a senior.
