Loved the location opposite kings park. Walkable to supermarket and city. Room comfortable and quiet. Staff super friendly and efficient. Bathroom and kitchen area not really clean, ie. floor and benchtops sticky, Supplies not replenished until requests to reception which were acted on. Great place, clean and organised. Was there foe the weekend so a lot of shops around were closed. Have that in mind its just outside of busy areas, which is nice quiet. Closest shop area is Subiaco - 15-20min wallk
