No parking on site, don't stay close to elevator
Good serviced apartment, but I was unlucky to get a room right behind the elevators, I heard the constant buzzing sound of he elevators going up and down from very early in the morning and then again during the night when people go back to their rokms. Staff told me they were fully booked, but said they would let me know if they could move me to another room the following day, but staff never mentioned anything the next day, maybe they told me that to make me feel something was going to be done when in reality nothing was done. Also there is no parking, you need to find a spot in the street which needs to be paid until 6 PM, and be ready by 8 AM the following day to pay again.

The staff were great, the property was very clean and in a great location to get to the Lightscape event at Kings Park. It was however hard to sleep as it sounded like children running and someone very heavy footed above us. Overall though we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable and convenient.
Good location for medical appointments, there is plenty of street parking, and room is very comfortable. We had a balcony facing king park, very pleasant. No eateries nearby but an easy walk to the west perth strip.

I arrived very late (2am) and had access to the out of hours check in. Upon arrival with my young son, as soon as I arrived in the entrance of the foyer was a drunk smelly man sleeping on the couch. He asked me to swipe him up to his room. I felt very unsafe at that point as there is nobody around the property as it’s in a very secluded area. My son felt scared also. If you want a room for the night the hotel is fine but I wouldn’t stay there again. That experience threw me off my stay.

This accomodation is right across from Kings Park so is in a great location, and the service is very welcoming, well priced for Perth The rooms themselves are well equipped, however the room has no ventilation as in operable windows. This causes the room to be a bit smelly, and the products they use for cleaning are cloying which takes a bit of getting used to. There is mould stains in the shower grout and a bit of mould around the base of the shower, whilst you can see that this area has been cleared it is a concern that mould still appears to be present.

The staff at the Quest were very friendly and responsive, the room was clean, and the property is well located for the event we attended. We travelled with our toddler, so found that the room size, limited tv channels (which needed retuning) and proximity to dining etc was a little less convenient then expected. Note: For solo/work travel the property would be great.

Housekeeping was poor. we were there for 10 nights and sheets on bed were only changed once on the second to last night there. We were not told that there was no housekeeping over Easter. We only found out by chance by reading a small notice in the lift! We were also not informed that there was no housekeeping over the next weekend. We had to ask at reception for more toilet paper, sugar, teabags, towels and dishwasher tablets. Overall very frustrating.
