I felt that I was bothering the desk girl when I checked in, I has her two question and she ask me to please wait a minute! Very sternly! I ask her for help on the hotel computer, I need to type up a contract and she was very abruptly pointed to something taped on the side of the computer that was the password to get on the machine

Very good for an airport hotel, especially nicenice and very helpful staff. Shuttle service was a huge help. Cleaning was excellent, had a couple maintenance issues though... Slow drains, charging station by desk did not work. No fridge in room, microwave only available in breakfast area. Coffee not as bad as airline coffee but not great. Coffee and tea available anytime though which is nice.Hot breakfast ready starting early enough (4:30) for people with AM flights, with fresh plums, oranges, and apples a nice plus though. All around a good value for an airport hotel.

a total dodgy disappointment from a wyndham property. room had no cups. everything was broken. shower curtain from the 90s. headboard was coming off the wall. bathroom door was cracked & the handle jimmied. not enough outlets. wifi was unsecured with unknown certificates. didn’t feel safe & reminded me of rikers.

Convenient for flying from Pittsburgh airport. In desperate need of an upgrade, bathroom showed signs of rust and water damage. No door to the vanity area for the bathroom. Biggest issue was the extended parking fee. On line and their national reservation center told me parking was 40$ for 10 days and would probably let me slide for the three additional days. I called 2 days prior to check in and was told I could arrange extended parking at check in. When I arrived a sign stated extended parking increased to 60$ for 10 day and I was charged an additional 70$ for 3 days, a total of 130$ for what I was expecting 40$

La Quinta Inn was generally as expected. The room was very spacious, and the bed was nice. The only problem was the A/C unit, which was incredibly loud and did not have any adjustment options. Also, when I arrived at the airport and called for the airport shuttle, as well as during the check-in at the hotel, the receptionist was very rude which left a very negative initial impression of the place. However, the staff I met the morning after were all very helpful and friendly.
