Classy boutique hotel
We had a great time at Establishment Hotel since we arrived. Friendly and accommodating staff, delicious breakfast, complimentary water and coffee in room, very comfortable bed and spacious studio room.

This hotel is great and the staff were fantastic. Unfortunately it has really weird system for lights etc in the room and I couldn’t figure it out. It was controlled from a phone that wasn’t anywhere near the bed & was not intuitive. Nowhere in the room was it written how to dial reception, so I had to phone the hotel number on my own phone. I was then chided for not reading my welcome letter where, apparently, it was written. Just having dial 9 for reception written on the phone works for every other hotel in the world. That was the only problem. It is in a very convenient and surprisingly quiet location.

Staff member “Ab” was really excellent in helping with lift issues. The room was brilliant- roomy, bath salts filled every day abd beautifully clean and quiet. Will definitely be returning, also a quick stroll to circular quay

The service staff and facilities are phenomenal! Charlotte is an absolute gem- kindly going well above her requirements to make our stay comfortable and special. She had escorted me to our room, provided a complimentary champagne for our anniversary and took our dine-in order within minutes of checking in. Charlotte was very courteous in bringing it to our room at the exact time I had asked. Wonderful!

Great place to stay in the middle of it all! Industrial style, spacious rooms. Steps from best restaurants, bars, public transport and can get room service from MR Wongs, beverages from Palmer & Co…deliver to your room. Their bacon egg roll from room service was the best I’ve ever had!

Noisy and needs renovation
Unfortunately the hotel is in desperate need of a renovation especially for the asking prices! You can tel everywhere that this is well overdue and the photos must have been taken years ago when the hotel was still in good shape. Quite misleading. Also DO NOT stay here if kyou are a light sleeper. You will not close an eye all night even during the week as parties are going on until the early hours of the morning.
